As part of my European tour, I couldn’t miss cooking in one of the world’s most iconic food destinations — Paris!

I’m thrilled to announce a special pop-up event in collaboration with Vini Mariani, the leading importer of natural Italian wines in France, created by my friends Claudia Galt and Alberto Busto. Together, we’ll bring the warmth and joy of a classic Italian Sunday lunch to the heart of Paris.

We’ll gather like family — sharing stories, laughter, wine, and food that speaks of tradition and love.
My menu will be simple and heartfelt, inspired by the Sunday lunches I grew up with, infused with my personal Abruzzese touch. I’ll be cooking with my brother Alex Maiorano.
