Get ready – one of the best pizza chefs in the world is coming to visit us in Byron Bay all the way from Roma.

On Wednesday the 9th April Jacopo Mercuro from 180 Grammi Pizzeria Romana will be cooking his famous Roman pizza and fritti (delicious fried things) at Bay Pizza Lab.

I can’t contain my excitement, this is my favourite pizza ever and I rarely get to eat it in Rome because the restaurant books out months in advance!!
