Our yearly summer event in which we transform a small Abruzzese mountain town into the food and wine centre of the world! A day of celebration, discovery and happiness, featuring local food and wine producers. I’ll be cooking a special dinner with my friends Claire and Dan from Rito Pane, and Sarah Cicolini.
