Daniela, a fourth-generation chef from Abruzzo, Italy, was born into the kitchen. From rolling gnocchi with her nonna to shaping sourdough with the legendary “commarucce” in her family’s restaurant, food has always been her life.
In Italy, she honed her craft at top spots like Retrobottega in Rome and Bonci, the famed bakery. In Australia, she’s run events, pop-ups, and workshops, worked at Harvest Newrybar, Beach Byron Bay, and led kitchens at Barrio and Lilium.
Whether perfecting her father’s ravioli or crafting new dishes, Daniela’s cooking brings people together. Her love language is food, inspired by mentors like Alessandro Miocchi, Clemente Maiorano, and Gabriele Bonci.
